Discretion is part of the service. This page explains, plainly, what we collect, why we need it, and how long we keep it.

The short version: we collect only what is needed to provide your massage safely. We never sell your data, never publish client names or photos, and delete booking details 90 days after your session unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
1. Who we are
M2M Massage (“M2M”, “we”, “us”) is a private men's massage studio based in 20, 2nd cross rd. near tech Mahindra, Anand Reddy Layout, Shanthipura, Phase 2 Electronic city, Bengaluru Karnataka 560100, India. 2. What we collect
- Booking details: your name or first name, phone number, optional email address, treatment, duration, date, time, location type and any area or hotel details for outcall.
- Health notes you choose to share: injuries, problem areas, pressure preferences, allergies or conditions relevant to your massage. These are treated as sensitive and seen only by your therapist.
- Messages: the content of WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone conversations with us.
- Payment records: amount paid, method and date. We do not store card numbers; card payments are handled by our payment provider.
- Technical data: basic, non-identifying information such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics are enabled. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
3. Why we need it
- To confirm and provide the massage you requested.
- To keep you safe — for example, adapting pressure or avoiding an injured area.
- To communicate about your booking, changes or aftercare.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations.
- To improve the studio and train therapists, using anonymised information only.
We rely on your consent and on the necessity of processing to deliver a service you have requested. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your details, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
4. How long we keep it
Booking and health notes are deleted 90 days after your last session. Payment and tax records are kept for the period required by Indian law. WhatsApp chats are retained only as long as needed to manage your booking and are cleared periodically.
5. Who can see it
- Your assigned therapist sees the details needed to deliver your session.
- Studio administration sees booking and payment records on a need-to-know basis.
- Payment and messaging providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
- We may disclose information if legally required by a court or authority, or to protect the safety of a client or therapist.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not publish client names, photos or reviews without explicit permission.
6. Discretion in practice
The studio is unmarked and has a private entrance. Outcall therapists arrive in plain clothes with unbranded kits. We do not photograph clients. We do not confirm or discuss a client's appointment with anyone else, including a partner or family member, unless you ask us to.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email rockbros23@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
8. Cookies and fonts
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. If you prefer, you can block third-party fonts in your browser without affecting the content.
9. Security
We keep booking information in access-controlled systems, use device passcodes and two-factor authentication where available, and limit access to the smallest number of people possible. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously — especially because of the nature of our service.
10. Under 18
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, please let us know and we will delete the record.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated where we have your contact details.
