1. Who we are

M²M Massage (“M²M”, “we”, “us”) provides male-to-male therapeutic massage at a private studio in 20, 2nd cross rd. near tech Mahindra, Anand Reddy Layout, Shanthipura, Phase 2 Electronic city, Bengaluru Karnataka 560100, and by outcall within parts of Mumbai. These terms form the agreement between you and M²M when you book or use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to adults aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18. We may ask for government-issued photo ID at the studio or before an outcall, and may refuse service if ID is not provided.

3. Therapeutic service only

All treatments are professional therapeutic massage delivered by certified therapists. M²M does not provide, and will never provide, sexual or intimate services. Requests for such services — verbal, physical or implied — will end the session immediately. Full payment will be retained, you will be asked to leave, and we may decline future bookings.

4. Booking and confirmation

• Online requests are not confirmed until we reply on WhatsApp, phone or email.
• No payment is taken at the time of an online request.
• Prices shown on the website are current at the time of booking. The agreed price is confirmed before your session.
• We may decline a booking at our discretion — for example, where a requested treatment is unsuitable or a therapist is unavailable.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include oils, linen, shower facilities and aftercare. An outcall surcharge of ₹500 applies to home and hotel visits. Payment is due at the end of your session unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, UPI and major cards. Card payments are processed by a third-party provider.

6. Cancellations and lateness

• Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations inside 12 hours are charged at 50% of the session price.
• No-shows are charged in full.
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next client is not affected. The full price still applies.
• If we cancel for any reason, your session is free and we will offer priority rebooking.

7. Health and consent

You agree to tell us about any relevant health condition, injury, recent surgery, allergy, skin condition, pregnancy (for partners) or medication that may affect your massage. We may ask for a doctor's clearance before certain treatments, or decline a treatment that is not safe for you. This is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a doctor.

Consent is continuous. You may ask your therapist to change pressure, skip an area or stop the session at any time. You do not need to give a reason.

8. Draping and conduct

You will be professionally draped with sheets or towels throughout your session, with only the area being massaged exposed. Glutes are worked over the sheet and only with your consent. Therapists will maintain professional boundaries at all times. Sexual touch, comments, offers, or exposing yourself outside of normal undressing for treatment are not permitted.

9. Therapist safety

Our therapists have the right to work in a safe environment. They may end a session immediately if they feel threatened, harassed or disrespected. In such cases, full payment is retained and future bookings may be refused. We keep a check-in protocol for outcall appointments.

10. Outcall terms

• You must provide a private space with a flat surface suitable for a massage table.
• You must provide your accurate address, and a contact number that works on the day.
• Government photo ID is required for the therapist's safety.
• Other people should not be present in the treatment space unless agreed in advance.
• If the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, the therapist may leave and the full fee remains payable.

11. Hygiene and illness

Please reschedule if you have a fever, cough, cold, flu, contagious skin condition or open wound. We will do the same if a therapist is unwell. Fresh linen is used for every client and all equipment is sanitised between sessions.

12. No photography or recording

Photography, audio or video recording is not permitted in the studio or during outcall sessions, by either party. We do not photograph clients and ask that you do not photograph therapists or the studio.

13. Liability

Massage is a complementary therapy, not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. To the extent permitted by law, M²M is not liable for outcomes resulting from information you have withheld, or for pre-existing conditions not disclosed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your information is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

15. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
